In this class we are now writing research papers. Writing this research paper has truly opened my mind to what I am actually interested in. Which truthfully was very hard. I have struggled so much writing this research paper because when you actually put your mind to it you wonder what actually interests you. What truly interests you is not something that just pops in your head but something has a deep meaning to you. So after all the topic changes and the starting and erasing and starting again and erasing I finally chose a topic. Why not talk about a topic that is currently stressing me out. What is that topic you may ask College. After writing a research paper about life with and without a college degree I have learned that it is just your choice what to choose and no one else’s. You have to follow your calling. Yes, people will always be judging and commenting but they are not you and they do not live your life. College is truly a two way street. It is not something that guarantees you happiness, but nothing truly is. Writing this paper I thought it would help me gain some clarity on my decision of college but truthfully I still don’t know my decisions. College is always something that was a big dream but who would have thought we’d be living a dream remotely, through zoom and through emails. The bad part about it is that it has become the new normal that I am terrified to go back to school in person. To have to deal with people face to face.
